What is Foxtrail?

Foxtrail is an exciting treasure hunt that has been successful in Switzerland since 2001. Each year more than 150,000 participants discover a Swiss city through this urban game – among them tourists, local families, groups of friends, as well as companies on teambuilding days.

During the 2.5 hour-long adventure participants work together as a team to solve clues and decipher secret messages on the hunt for an imaginary fox. Foxtrail is a family-owned company with 45 employees based in Lucerne, and is currently operating trails in 10 Swiss regions. In spring 2017 we will launch our first trail abroad – in Helsinki.

What are we looking for?

For our expansion into further European cities we are looking for business partners with a background in tourism and an entrepreneurial spirit, who would like to launch Foxtrail with our support. A six-figure profit can be expected from the first year of operations in a large European city.

What will your tasks be?

• Before launch you will work closely with our development team to get all the necessary authorisation for the installation in the city you chose.
• You will also recruit a local technician to maintain them and develop a marketing plan with our support.
•  After launch you will run the business.
• This includes organising events for companies, ensuring the trails are well maintained, marketing the offer, and running the administration and finances.
  

  Franchise Package

• For the initial investment of approx. EUR 120,000 (which can be spread over 2 years) our development team will develop and build a trail in your city.
• Our IT department will implement a reservation system and website.
• A six-figure profit can be expected from the first year of operations in a large European city.
• Sample business plans and contracts as well as contacts to existing franchise holders are available.
